Whether it's Bengal spice tea or coffee with coconut milk creamer, whip yourself up something warm and snuggle up on the couch.
Do something that you normally wouldn't. Paint your nails, use a body scrub, exfoliate, steam your face, use a face mask! Pamper yourself!
Perfect time for a cheat meal is right now. Order some Chinese food and relax.
Take a Bubble Bath
Either bubble bath or bath bomb is the perfect way to wind down. Hop in the tub, light some candles and open a good book.
Go to Bed Early
This is probably the best thing for you. Turn off the phone, put down the book and go to sleep.
